Ingredients:

For the Main Breakfast Plate:

1 croissant, fresh and buttery


2 sausages (pork, chicken, or beef)


1 egg, for a sunny-side-up preparation


2 strips of bacon, crispy


½ cup mushrooms, sliced


½ cup baked beans, warmed


1 tbsp butter (for cooking)


Salt & black pepper, to taste


For the Fresh Fruit Side:

1 orange slice, vibrant and juicy


2-3 strawberries, ripe and halved


½ avocado, sliced


For the Coffee:

1 cup brewed coffee


1 tbsp cream, swirled in for a delicate touch


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Savory Breakfast Components

Sausages: Cook over medium heat in a pan with a little butter or oil, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes).


Bacon: In a separate pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.


Mushrooms: Sauté the sliced mushrooms in ½ tbsp butter until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.


Baked Beans: Warm the beans in a small saucepan over low heat.


2. Cook the Perfect Sunny-Side-Up Egg

Heat ½ tbsp butter in a nonstick pan over low-medium heat.


Crack the egg gently into the pan and cook without flipping until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny (about 3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.


3. Assemble the Platter

Place the golden croissant on one side of a sleek black plate.


Arrange the juicy sausages, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and baked beans neatly.


Add the perfect sunny-side-up egg, ensuring the yolk remains beautifully intact.


Place fresh orange slices, ripe strawberries, and creamy avocado as a refreshing contrast.


Position a fork elegantly to the right of the platter.


4. Serve with Coffee

Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into a cup.


Add a swirl of cream on top for a luxurious finish.
