Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined (a few lumps are fine—don’t overmix!).


Cook the Pancakes:
