Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken Wings:

1 lb (450g) chicken wings

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp chili flakes (optional for spice)

1 tbsp honey (for caramelization)

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

For the Loaded Fries:

2 large potatoes (or 2 cups frozen French fries)

1 tbsp vegetable oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

For the Meat Sauce (Optional):

½ cup ground beef or minced meat

½ onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp tomato paste

¼ cup water

For the Sauce Drizzle:

2 tbsp mayonnaise (for white sauce)

2 tbsp ketchup (for red sauce)

For the Spicy Sauce:

2 tbsp chili paste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

1 clove garlic (minced)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, and honey.

Add the chicken wings and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).

Thread the wings onto soaked wooden skewers to prevent burning.

Grill over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and slightly charred.

2. Make the Loaded Fries

Cut potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.

Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Or, deep fry until crispy.

3. Prepare the Meat Sauce (Optional)

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.

Add the ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika, and cook until browned.

Stir in tomato paste and water, then let simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.

4. Make the Spicy Sauce

Heat olive oil in a small pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add chili paste, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Store in a jar and serve as a spicy dip with the chicken and fries.

5. Assemble the Dish

Plate the crispy seasoned fries and top with a spoonful of meat sauce (if using).

Drizzle with white sauce (mayonnaise) and red sauce (ketchup).

Serve with grilled chicken wings on skewers and a small jar of homemade spicy sauce on the side.
