Pisco Sour Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 oz (120ml) Pisco (Peruvian brandy)

  • 1 ½ oz (45ml) fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz (30ml) simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

  • Ice cubes

  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

  • A small lemon slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill the Glass: Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes.

  2. Shake the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and a handful of ice cubes.

  3. Dry Shake (No Ice): First, shake without ice for 15 seconds to create a rich foam.

  4. Shake Again (With Ice): Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.

  5. Strain & Serve: Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

  6. Create the Cinnamon Lettering:

    • Sprinkle a thin layer of ground cinnamon over a stencil that reads "PISCO PERU" (you can cut a stencil out of paper).

    • Carefully remove the stencil to reveal the letters on the white foam.

  7. Garnish: Place a small lemon slice on the rim and lightly dust some cinnamon over the drink.

Styling the Scene for a Festive Look

📍 Positioning:

  • The cocktail glass and clear Pisco bottle should be on the right side.

  • A large vintage "2025" sign should be prominently displayed at the top for a celebratory feel.

🌌 Background Details:

  • Swirling silk props for an elegant, dreamy effect.

  • Glowing stars scattered softly around the scene to add a magical touch.

🍋 Additional Elements:

  • Fresh lemons placed casually in the background for a vibrant pop of color.

  • The Pisco bottle should be clear glass, slightly blurred, with soft lighting to make it look premium.
