 Ultimate BBQ Platter with Ribs, Sausages, and Sides



Ingredients:

For the BBQ Ribs:

2 lbs beef or pork ribs


2 tbsp olive oil


1 tbsp salt


1 tbsp black pepper


1 tbsp smoked paprika


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp onion powder


½ cup barbecue sauce


For the Sausages:

4-6 beef or pork sausages


1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)


For the Chicken Wings:

1 lb chicken wings


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp black pepper


1 tbsp honey


For the Grilled Corn:

3 ears of corn, husked


2 tbsp butter, melted


1 tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper


For the Baked Beans:

1 can (15 oz) baked beans


½ cup diced tomatoes


¼ cup chopped onions


1 tsp brown sugar


½ tsp chili powder


For the Fresh Salsa:

1 cup diced tomatoes


½ cup diced onions


¼ cup diced green peppers


½ tsp salt


½ tsp lemon juice


Instructions:

1. Prepare the BBQ Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).


Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.


Wrap in foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender.


Brush with barbecue sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes for a smoky char.


2. Grill the Sausages

Preheat the grill to medium heat.


Brush the sausages with olive oil and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.


3. Cook the Chicken Wings

Toss the wings in soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and honey.


Grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.


4. Grill the Corn

Brush corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.


Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.


5. Cook the Baked Beans

In a saucepan, heat the baked beans with diced tomatoes, onions, brown sugar, and chili powder.


Simmer for 10 minutes and serve warm.


6. Make the Fresh Salsa

Mix diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, salt, and lemon juice.


Serve fresh as a side.
