½ cup coconut milk or heavy cream

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Spiced Cabbage:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 small carrot (grated)
½ small onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Dumplings:
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Divide into equal portions and shape into balls.
Boil water in a pot, drop in the dumplings, and cook for 15-20 minutes until soft and cooked through.
Cook the Beef Stew:
Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions until soft.
Add beef chunks and brown on all sides.
Stir in blended tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings.
Cover and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes, adding water if needed.
Prepare the Creamy Spinach:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until fragrant.
Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in crushed peanuts and coconut milk.
Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Spiced Cabbage:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions.
Add cabbage, carrots, and tomato paste.
Stir in chili flakes and salt, cooking for about 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
