Balanced Bliss Breakfast Plate – Full Recipe



 🍞 Banana Nut Toast

Ingredients:


1 slice multigrain or whole wheat bread


1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)


1 banana, sliced


Handful of mixed nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts)


Sprinkle of cinnamon


Instructions:


Toast the bread.


Spread nut butter evenly.


Top with banana slices and a few whole nuts.


Sprinkle cinnamon for warmth and aroma.


🍳 Sunny-Side-Up Egg

Ingredients:


1 egg


Pinch of salt


Cooking oil or butter


Instructions:


Heat oil/butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.


Crack the egg into the pan and cook until whites are set but yolk is still runny.


Season lightly with salt.


🌭 Pan-Seared Sausage Bites

Ingredients:


2–3 cocktail sausages or 1 regular sausage (cut into segments)


Oil for cooking


Instructions:


Slice shallow cuts on sausages for that spiral look.


Pan-sear until golden and cooked through.


🥑 Sliced Avocado

Thinly slice half an avocado, fan it out beautifully, and optionally sprinkle with a pinch of salt or chili flakes.


🍒 Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:


1/2 cup plain or coconut yogurt


A few fresh cherries or seasonal fruit


Granola or muesli


Instructions:


Spoon yogurt into a glass or bowl.


Top with granola and fruit.

Ingredients:


1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee


1/2 cup milk or alt-milk


Ice


Instructions:


Fill a glass with ice.
