Ingredients (for 1–2 servings):
For the French Toast:
3 slices of thick white bread or brioche
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter (for frying)
Powdered sugar & maple syrup (for topping)
For the Scrambled Eggs:
2–3 eggs
Splash of milk or cream (optional)
Salt & pepper
Butter (for the pan)
For the Bacon:
3–4 slices of bacon
For the Fruit:
Fresh strawberries
Fresh blueberries

1. Make the French Toast:
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Dip the bread slices in the mixture, soaking both sides.
In a buttered pan over medium heat, cook the slices until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup.
2. Cook the Bacon:
Place bacon in a cold skillet and cook over medium heat.
Turn occasionally until crisp.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
3. Scramble the Eggs:
Crack eggs into a bowl and beat well (add a splash of milk/cream for fluffiness).
In a buttered pan over medium-low heat, slowly cook the eggs, stirring constantly until soft and scrambled.
Season with salt and pepper.
4. Assemble the Plate:
Place the scrambled eggs, bacon, and French toast neatly on the plate.
Add a small handful of strawberries and blueberries to the side for freshness.
