Classic Breakfast Plate with Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Turkey, and Fresh Salad



 Ingredients:

For the Scrambled Eggs:

3 eggs


2 tbsp milk


1 tbsp butter


Salt & pepper to taste


For the Toast:

2 slices of whole wheat or white bread


1 tbsp butter (for spreading)


For the Grilled Turkey Slices:

2 slices of turkey ham


1/2 tsp olive oil or butter


For the Fresh Salad:

1/2 cucumber, sliced


1/2 tomato, diced


1/4 red onion, thinly sliced


1/4 cup corn kernels


1/2 tbsp olive oil


1/2 tbsp lemon juice


Salt & pepper to taste


For the Tomato Garnish:

1 thick slice of tomato


A pinch of dried oregano or basil


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.


Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat.


Pour in the eggs and gently stir with a spatula until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.


2. Toast the Bread:

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.


Spread butter on top while still warm.


3. Grill the Turkey Slices:

Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.


Lightly sear the turkey slices for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.


4. Make the Fresh Salad:

In a bowl, combine cucumber, diced tomato, red onion, and corn.


Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.


Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.


5. Assemble the Plate:

Place the scrambled eggs, toast, and grilled turkey slices on the plate.


Add the fresh salad on the side.


Garnish with a thick tomato slice sprinkled with dried oregano or basil.
