1. Veggie Quesadilla (Main)
Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced tomato (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat a non-stick skillet and drizzle a little olive oil.
Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese evenly over it.
Add spinach, peppers, onions, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the second tortilla on top and press lightly.
Cook each side until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Slice into triangles and serve with sliced tomato.
2. Vanilla Yogurt with Blueberries
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
A handful of fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
Top with blueberries. Chill if desired before serving.
3. Custard with Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vanilla custard (pre-made or store-bought)
1 tsp strawberry jam
Instructions:
Pour custard into a small bowl or ramekin.
Add a spoonful of strawberry jam on top.
4. French Press Coffee
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coarsely ground coffee
1 cup hot water
Instructions:
Add ground coffee to the French press.
Pour in hot water and stir.
Let it brew for 4 minutes, then slowly press down the plunger.
