Ingredients:
For the Creamy Pasta Salad:
2 cups rotini pasta (or any short pasta)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
For the Grilled Chicken Wings:
6-8 chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp honey (for caramelization)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Prepare the Pasta Salad:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooled pasta, diced cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion. Toss until well coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Prepare the Grilled Chicken Wings:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, honey, and lemon juice.
Coat the chicken wings thoroughly in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the wings over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are caramelized and cooked through. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
Assemble and Serve:
Place a generous portion of pasta salad in a bowl and arrange the grilled wings on the side.
