๐Ÿฝ️ Full Breakfast Recipe



 Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น For the eggs:


2 large eggs


1 tbsp butter or oil


Salt and pepper to taste


๐Ÿ”น For the roasted potatoes:


2 medium potatoes, diced


1 tbsp olive oil


½ tsp paprika


½ tsp garlic powder


Salt & pepper to taste


๐Ÿ”น For the caramelized onions:


½ red onion, sliced


1 tbsp butter


1 tsp balsamic vinegar


1 tsp brown sugar


๐Ÿ”น For the other components:


1 sausage


1 slice of bacon


½ avocado, sliced or fanned out


¼ cucumber, sliced


Black pepper (for garnish)


๐Ÿฅฃ Instructions:

๐Ÿ”ธ Roasting the potatoes:


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.


Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.


๐Ÿ”ธ Caramelizing the onions:


Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.


Add sliced onions and cook slowly for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Stir in balsamic vinegar and brown sugar; cook for another 2-3 minutes.


๐Ÿ”ธ Cooking the sausage & bacon:


Cook sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.


Sear bacon until crispy.


๐Ÿ”ธ Frying the eggs:


Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-low heat.


Crack eggs in and cook until whites are set but yolks are runny.


Season with salt and pepper.


๐Ÿ”ธ Assembling the plate:


Arrange the eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage, bacon, and caramelized onions.


Add avocado slices and cucumber.


Sprinkle black pepper over the avocado.
