Ingredients:
500g lamb chops
500g beef ribs
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp fresh thyme (or dried)
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice.
Rub the marinade over the lamb chops and beef ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Heat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the meat for about 4-5 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to desired doneness.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.
2. Herb Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 packet (7g) instant yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until a soft dough forms.
Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary or thyme.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
3. Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 can butter beans (drained)
1 cup cooked green beans (chopped)
½ cup diced carrots
½ red onion (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix all the beans, carrots, and onion.
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
4. Grilled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
3 ears of corn (cut in halves)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
Instructions:
Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Grill on medium heat, turning every 2 minutes, until slightly charred (about 8 minutes total).
5. Tomato-Cucumber Salsa
Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
½ cucumber (diced)
½ red onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
6. Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cabbage
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cabbage and carrots.
In a separate bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Toss the dressing with the cabbage mixture until well coated.
Serving Tips:
