Healthy Breakfast Spread



Ingredients:

For Avocado Toast with Scrambled Eggs:


2 slices sourdough or whole-grain bread


1 ripe avocado


1 small tomato (sliced)


2 eggs


1 tbsp butter or olive oil


Salt & pepper (to taste)


Red pepper flakes or sesame seeds (optional)


For Yogurt Bowl:


1 cup Greek or fruit-flavored yogurt (strawberry for pink color)


¼ cup granola


5-6 blueberries


2-3 strawberries (sliced)


For Drinks:


1 glass fresh orange juice


1 jug of water infused with lemon slices


Instructions:

Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:


In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.


Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat.


Pour eggs into the pan and stir gently until soft and fluffy.


Make the Avocado Toast:


Toast the sourdough bread until golden.


Mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and spread it over the toast.


Place a tomato slice on top, followed by scrambled eggs.


Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds if desired.


Assemble the Yogurt Bowl:


Pour yogurt into a bowl.


Top with granola, blueberries, and sliced strawberries.


Prepare the Drinks:


Pour fresh orange juice into a glass.


Fill a jug with water and add lemon slices for a refreshing touch.
