🥪 Recipe to Recreate This Brunch


 

🍳 Open-Faced Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:


1 slice sourdough or brioche bread


Handful of arugula


1–2 slices of cheddar cheese


2–3 tomato slices


2–3 cooked bacon strips


1 sunny-side-up egg


Salt, pepper, dried herbs (oregano or parsley)


Instructions:


Toast the bread slice until golden brown.


Layer arugula, cheese, tomato slices, and cooked bacon on the toast.


Cook an egg sunny-side-up and season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.


Gently place the egg on top of the stack.


🍓 Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Greek yogurt


1/4 cup granola


A few raspberries and blackberries


Mint leaves for garnish


Instructions:


Spoon the yogurt into a small glass.


Top with granola, then berries.


Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

Ingredients:


1 shot of espresso


1/2 cup cold milk (or milk alternative)


Ice cubes


Instructions:
