🐟 Ingredients:
200g fresh salmon sashimi, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar or honey
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Crispy fried shallots (store-bought or homemade)
Thai seafood chili sauce (see below)
🌶️ Thai Seafood Dipping Sauce (Nam Jim Seafood):
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
4–6 Thai chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp water
Mix all sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves. Adjust chili level to taste.
🥣 Assembly:
In a shallow dish, mix soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and sugar.
Place salmon slices in the marinade and let sit in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with sides of fried shallots and the spicy dipping sauce.
Optionally, garnish with shredded carrots for freshness and crunch.
