Ultimate Breakfast Ciabatta Sandwich



 Ingredients:

For the sandwich:


1 ciabatta roll, sliced in half


3 slices smoked deli meat (such as pastrami or turkey)


2 slices crispy bacon


1 slice cheddar cheese


½ cup shredded lettuce


2 slices fresh tomato


1 tbsp mayonnaise or butter (optional)


For the egg salad:


2 boiled eggs, mashed


1 tbsp mayonnaise


½ tsp mustard


Salt and pepper to taste


A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions:

Prepare the Egg Salad: In a small bowl, mix the mashed boiled eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.


Toast the Ciabatta: Lightly toast the ciabatta halves in a pan or toaster until golden brown.


Assemble the Sandwich:


Spread mayonnaise or butter on the bottom half (if using).


Layer shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and deli meat.


Add crispy bacon and generously spread the egg salad on top.


Cover with the top half of the ciabatta.


Serve and Enjoy: Pair with fresh fruit (like watermelon) and a hot cup of tea.
