🥞 Fluffy Pancakes with Fresh Berries
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
Mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Pour batter onto a greased pan over medium heat. Flip when bubbles form.
Serve topped with fresh berries and maple syrup.
🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Scallions
Ingredients:
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
1 green onion, sliced
Instructions:
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan, add eggs and stir gently.
When slightly runny, remove from heat and top with scallions.

Just slice a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and serve!

Ingredients:

Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Sauté veggies in olive oil until tender. Season to taste.

1 frozen or fresh hash brown patty
Oil or butter for frying
Instructions:
Cook in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
