Wholesome Breakfast Plate – Recipe



 🥑 Avocado Toast with Scrambled Eggs and Sausage

Ingredients:


1 slice of rustic or sourdough bread, toasted


1/2 ripe avocado


2 eggs


1 sausage (vegan or meat, your choice)


Salt & pepper to taste


Olive oil or butter


Instructions:


Toast the bread until golden and crisp.


In a bowl, mash avocado with a pinch of salt.


Scramble the eggs in a pan with butter/oil until just set.


Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned and heated through.


Spread mashed avocado on the toast, layer scrambled eggs on top, and finish with the sausage.


🍄 Roasted Button Mushrooms

Ingredients:


4–5 small white mushrooms


Drizzle of olive oil


Salt & pepper


Instructions:


Roast or pan-sear mushrooms until browned and tender (about 5–7 minutes).


🍊 Fresh Orange Slices

Peel and segment one orange for a juicy, refreshing side.


🍦 Coconut Yogurt with Raspberries

Ingredients:


1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or any plant-based/regular yogurt)


Handful of fresh raspberries


Instructions:


Pour yogurt into a bowl or jar.


Top with fresh raspberries. Optional: drizzle with honey or sprinkle granola.
