Wholesome Breakfast:



Ingredients:

Scrambled Eggs:


3 eggs


2 tbsp milk


Salt & pepper (to taste)


1 tbsp butter


Crispy Bacon:


4 strips of bacon


Grilled Sausages:


2 breakfast sausages


Sliced Avocado:


1 ripe avocado


Pinch of salt & black pepper


Roasted Cherry Tomatoes:


1/2 cup cherry tomatoes


1 tbsp olive oil


1 clove garlic (minced)


Salt & pepper to taste


Mini Seasoned Potatoes:


1/2 cup baby potatoes


1 tbsp butter


1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/2 tsp black pepper


Salt to taste


Waffles:


1 waffle (store-bought or homemade)


Orange Juice:


Freshly squeezed orange juice (optional)


Instructions:

Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:


Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.


Melt butter in a pan over low heat, then pour in the egg mixture.


Gently stir until eggs are soft and creamy. Remove from heat.


Cook the Bacon:


Fry bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.


Drain on paper towels.


Grill the Sausages:


Cook sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning until browned and fully cooked.


Roast the Cherry Tomatoes:


Heat olive oil in a pan, add cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.


Sauté until tomatoes soften and slightly blister.


Prepare Mini Potatoes:


Boil the baby potatoes for 8 minutes, drain.


Sauté in butter, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper.


Assemble the Plate:


Slice the avocado and season with salt & pepper.


Arrange everything neatly on a plate.


Serve with a waffle and orange juice for a complete meal!
